Once a tour or service starts or if any package, accommodation, meals or any other services has been utilized, no refund can be arranged for the same, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees as outlined below will be applicable by traveladventuresgoa.com, in case cancellation happens. Individual suppliers or tour operators (see your traveladventuresgoa.com voucher for specific details) can levy their charges. You will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

• If cancelled by guest within 3 days in advance or before, 100 % amount will be refunded.
• If cancelled by guest within 2 days in advance, 50 % amount will be refunded.
• If cancelled by guest within 1 day or on the same day, no refund will be processed whatsoever.
• If guest pay full or part advance payment to us and does not show up for the particular tour or activity, no refund will be processed whatsoever.
• If any Package tours or activities are cancelled from our side due to bad weather, government intervention, local strike or any kind of emergency situation the full amount will be refunded.
